Best Way on CentOS 6.5 to Add a Library Path for All Users

It is this.
Go to here :

cd /etc/ld.so.conf.d/
vim zeromq.conf (or any other name you prefer)

Put your path in the file.
Eg.

/usr/local/lib

Save the file. Then type :

ldconfig

Reboot. Tada!
